Book Review 3 - Lean In, Sheryl Sandberg

In lieu of international women's day I thought I would do a cheeky review of Lean In, this is NOT just one for the women on team!

Sheryl Sandberg is the COO of Facebook and has written about her experience of being women leading in the tech industry.

This book really simply unpacks how women think and interact in the workplace differently to men. It is a call to women to sit at the table and not tag out BUT identifies that you can’t just say “go and get it” to a woman like you can for a guy.

This book is full of stories and case studies, it’s provocative and will challenge your thinking and perspective.
